Many of you knew Greg only as a minister of the gospel, but we knew Greg as a family man. We had life to live, three beautiful daughters to continue to raise, grandchildren to play with & promises from God that still needed to be fulfilled. We refused to let cancer be our identity or our focus as we had bigger things to do, & God was in control. From the beginning when the diagnosis came Greg & I looked at each other & said we have heard the report, BUT we know God is our healer, and for 6 years that agreement never changed. He stood up & said Holy Spirit Deliver me & Jesus said It is finished!įor the past 6 years, we as a family have stood together with Greg & fought this battle. On Friday, June 24th, at 3:15 p.m., Greg finished his battle with cancer.
